Course Information:
- Guided tour and introduction -You’ll be introduced to the world of coffee and the basics of the subject by our baristas and coffee connoisseurs.
- Seed to cup-The process of production involves various steps like sun drying, roasting, etc. therefore, we’ll teach you about the processes and their importance. The full cycle from the plantation to the final cup will be taught in the session.
- Speciality coffee insights- As the name suggests, speciality coffee are a very rare and premium delicacy. Therefore, Coffee Sutra strives to teach and spreading knowledge about the top-notch coffee type.
- Tasting and cupping sessions- Just like there’s a process of wine tasting, similarly coffee involves a step by step procedure of tasting and cupping. Experience the Cupping Room following the official Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Protocol.
