Here's what maintains the aroma and taste of our coffee from the time it gets roasted till it is delivered to your doorsteps
How It all begins
The teeny tiny seeds are planted in the nursery: The small coffee plants are held in a nursery before being sent to a coffee plantation. We take proper care of the tiny seeds and nourish them.
After receiving the utmost care, sun rays and other external factors, the cherries are ready for picking: Once the coffee cherries are fully grown, then they are picked. Most often, it is done by plantation workers native to that region.
With different methods, we get our truly exotic coffee: The cherry flesh is removed to obtain the green coffee bean. Then the cherries are exposed to the sun. The beans are sun-dried on brick yards, either whole or washed. Different coffee varietals are ready for export, based on their quality.
Roasting it, just for you: The coffee beans are roasted in our roastery so that you can experience the best quality coffee.
Cup the aroma first: It is the pre-eminent method for grading and buying coffee. To achieve the most consistent results, the ‘cupper’ follows a very specific, though in reality quite simple, set of procedures.
Packed into different batches: We pack your coffee in the air tight speciality bags to lock the freshness of the coffee.
Finally, it’s time to brew: The beans have arrived at your doorsteps and now it’s time for you to brew it using brewing equipment and sip on your cup of coffee.
