It is not possible to return the product once it is dispatched. If you’re not satisfied with our product, kindly write to us at email@example.com along with your order number and photographs of the product(s), with the reason why you would like to return it.
This will enable our team to investigate what went wrong and exchange your pack of Coffee.
Our Cancellation Policy:
We believe in serving our customers with the best quality coffee and since our products come under the ‘Food and Beverage’ category, we will only accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours or before their dispatch.
