ABOUT OUR BRANDS
What began as a passion for exploring cuisines from around the world has blossomed into a fulfilling full-time profession. With an insatiable curiosity for new cuisines and ingredients, what started as a hobby has led to engage in culinary experiments with chefs globally. 15 years ago, Mr. Dushyant envisioned bringing the authentic continental flavours that he had fallen in love with to the people of Jaipur, which inspired him to start his own bistro.
The journey since then has been so rewarding that he never had to look back. He has dedicated himself to creating memorable dining, catering, and festival experiences, and had the privilege of working alongside celebrated chefs such as Michelin Star Chef Alain Passard, Australian MasterChef Gary Mehigan, Culinary Professional Chef Manjeet Singh Gill, and many others.

OTH would remind you of cafés in Europe and would not disappoint you when it comes to taste. A unique concept of bistro and bakers, it’s the place to bite into some sumptuous delicacies that are a rare find in Jaipur. From European breads, Viennese pastries, customised cakes, designer cupcakes to cookies, tarts, teacakes, croissants and macarons along with savoury bites of puffs and turnovers, it offers an incredibly unique and wide range of European baked delights.
RUSTIC - INSPIRED KITCHEN
Rustic – Inspired Kitchen is a restaurant that draws its inspiration from the traditional flavors of kitchens across the world. Launched in December 2018 in the heart of Jaipur, the restaurant celebrates the lesser-explored, unglamorous yet delicious food served in all corners of the world.
LAMA - PAN ASIAN & MORE
Inspired by monasteries from the land of Tibet, my recent venture, The Lama is designed to give the customers the warmth of the Tibetan Plateau. The Lama ~ Serving Pan Asian cuisine to its customers with an ambience rooted in the north eastern lands of Tibet and India. The vibrant yet soothing colors and hues of Lama are inspired from the Feng Shui Flag.

At All Spice Catering Co., we experiment with cuisines across the globe by recreating aromas appetising to Indian tastes and palates. All Spice follows a belief that catering should just not be limited to delectable food, but also include its presentation and the warmth with which it is served
GOURMET GETAWAY
Jaipur’s first international food festival, Gourmet Getaway, which took place over three seasons in 2017, 2018, and 2019, is a melting pot of cuisines from around the world. As Jaipurites developed a taste for international flavors, this event provided both locals and expats with a unique opportunity to explore the latest and most celebrated culinary innovations.
