Course Information:

  • The basics of coffee from its seed to cup- Coffee making is a rigorous process that includes various steps like sun drying, roasting, grinding etc. therefore, it is important to know about the full cycle of coffee, from plantation to the final cup.
  • Basic brewing techniques-There are many brewing methods and every method has its importance and X-factor. We teach you about various brewing techniques and how to manipulate ingredients according to your knowledge.
  • Basic extraction variable and their effect Correct technique and equipment selection-Correct equipment is very important for a kind of coffee. We’ve shared some deep knowledge and insights in our brew guides.
  • Steps on producing a quality brewed coffee-You’ll learn about the step by step process of a good quality brewed coffee.
