The base is the most important part of any skill. Our program is a 2 days course, designed to make you confident so that you can brew some delicious coffee drinks for your loved ones. In this course 70% is practical, you will get to work on the espresso machine and learn how to make and serve a great cup of coffee.

This course is a gateway to the world of speciality coffee. Our speciality tasting sessions are a great way to learn and explore the intricacies of coffee.

In this course, you will also get insights into quality coffee production, the process involved and behind the scenes guided by our master baristas.

Course Information:

  • Milk Texturing -·Adjusting your grinder to achieve your extraction parameter.
  • Beverage Building and recipe-Recipes are the key to an amazing coffee. In this course, we’ll teach you some of the delicious recipes.
  • Machine cleaning and maintenance-A lot of people struggle with their machines as they don’t monitor their machine health. We teach you about the importance of taking care of and maintaining your machines.
  • Pouring and latte art basics-Appearance and the way you present your delicacy is very important.
