Our return policy:
It is not possible to return the product for whatever reason once it is dispatched. If you’re not satisfied with our product for whatever reason, kindly write to us at hello@sutracoffee.com along with your order number and photographs of the product(s), with the reasons for the same.
This will enable our team to investigate what went wrong and exchange your pack of Coffee.
Our cancellation policy:
We believe in serving our customers with the best quality coffee and since the product features in the Food and Beverage Category, we will only accept cancellation of orders within 24hrs. or before dispatch.
