Sales and Marketing Manager:

Sales and marketing manager is responsible for directing café sales and marketing efforts align with the overall café operating strategy. This individual will also support the cafes senior leadership team in upholding all brand standards, core values while meeting and exceeding Sutra cafes business objectives.

  • Execution and development of marketing initiatives.
  • Development of sales strategy that generate consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Partner across all departments in the efforts to support the team in consistent execution of all systems and process to deliver all product and service to coffee sutra brand standards.
  • Ability to ideate and execute meetings and event that exceed the expectations of all clients.
  • Possess a self-motivated approach to His/ Her own personal and professional growth.
    • Qualification:
  • 3 plus years in sales and marketing role preferably in a hospitality
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Expertise in social media platforms.
    • Skills:
  • Ability to learn and bring “OUT OF THE BOX “ideas to their team.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of business acumen and common sense.
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
  • Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
  • Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
