This micro-lot features the exceptional Selection 9 varietal, nurtured in nutrient-rich soil and elevated by the estate’s high-altitude environment. As the beans rest in the whiskey barrels, they develop intricate layers of flavor—caramel sweetness, vanilla warmth, and a subtle whisper of whiskey—all perfectly balanced to enhance the coffee’s natural vibrancy.
