A: We strive to ship our products within 24 hours of receiving your order. After that, it takes 2-3 working days for the shipment to reach you. The delivery may take a longer time in remote areas and tier 3 cities.
Q: Where do we source our coffee beans from?
A:We travel to several places and sourc our coffee beans from certified specialty farms in India and from around the world.
Q: What is the best case practice to store my coffee beans?
A: Always store your coffee in airtight containers at cool temperature. Consume it within 1 month of opening the packet.
Q: How will I know whether my order has been confirmed or not?
A: After you place your order, we will provide you with the order summary link on your registered phone number through which you can track your order.
