Coffee Sutra, the brainchild of celebrated restaurateur and culinary innovator Dushyant Singh, has officially launched its third café in Jaipur, ushering in a new wave of specialty coffee culture in India. Located in Malviya Nagar, the café opened on June 12, 2025, and promises an immersive sensory experience that celebrates craftsmanship, global coffee innovation, and conscious living.
Staying true to its core values of quality, sustainability, and cultural storytelling, the café offers internationally sourced single-origin beans—from Colombian and Peru Geisha to signature global blends—all roasted in-house at Coffee Sutra’s own roastery. The all-day menu features breakfast favourites, continental dishes, artisan baked goods, and handcrafted beverages, making it a lifestyle destination beyond just coffee.
The new outlet also doubles as a showcase of cutting-edge international brewing technologies. It introduces Indian coffee lovers to the Gabi Drip Master, a Korean pour-over device known for its precision in flavour extraction, the visually striking Cold Brew Drip Tower for smooth and nuanced extractions, and the Paragon Nucleus, a high-performance aroma-preserving system that captures the most delicate flavour notes. Commenting on the milestone, Dushyant Singh, Founder of Coffee Sutra, said:
"Coffee Sutra was born from a simple but powerful idea that, coffee should be personal, meaningful and globally connected. With the launch of our third outlet, we are deepening that vision. This space is a celebration of the craftsmanship of the farmers, roasters, baristas and coffee lovers who bring our story to life. With globally renowned brewing equipment and ethically sourced beans, we are not just serving coffee—we are revolutionising how India experiences it."
The café is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, offering cozy seating for 85 to 90 guests. True to its Jaipur roots, the café is designed in royal blue and gold, inspired by the city’s regal architecture. It stands as a hub for both connoisseurs and curious learners, featuring Coffee Lab workshops, barista training programs, and curated masterclasses.
Coffee Sutra has already partnered with hospitality giants such as Fairmont, Novotel, and Jamie Oliver Kitchen, further solidifying its reputation as a key player in India’s emerging specialty coffee movement. Sustainability remains at the heart of the brand, with initiatives like eco-friendly bamboo travel cups and traceable bean sourcing underscoring its commitment to conscious living. Coffee Sutra’s third café is not just a place to sip coffee—it’s a space to explore, learn, and celebrate the journey of every bean from farm to cup.
